Today, the fourteenth of September, 2004, i sat down with a black peice of paper and my prismacolor colored pencils. An hour or so later, this was born. Since it was black paper, the idea always was to make it a scene at night and so i started with the girl. Although I've never had the best luck with light, a struggled through drawing moonlight cast upon her face. When she was finished, I started on the moon. I decided to make a ring around the moon because, well, they're just plain pretty. Ring got me to thinking which led to wedding ring. And so the moon is proudly dislpaying it's wedding ring and his wife, the moon maiden, hers. Yah. So, that's about everything there is to say about this mood maiden other then black paper is nice because you don't have to draw a background and you don't look lazy for not doing so. Oh yeah, don't forget the fact that i got carried away and wrote this terrible discription.
