The Unicorn Lady

Kind of dreamy, do you like it? Another doodle done while watching TV... this one was 1995. I remember it well... PBS channel auction. Sitting there on the couch with my notepad and pen, doodling... the next thing you know, ta-da, a lovely picture pops out. But the problem was, it was on lined notebook paper, you know the kind with the spiral back and the little paper thingies that hang off the edge... my Mom came over to visit, saw it, stole it, took it to Kinkos and they were able to get the lines from behind it! She framed it (keeping one for herself) and brought it back over as a surprise to me. I thought that was so nice of her! So this was originally done in a black pen, and started off as one of those doodles where you make a big shape with one line without lifting your pen. I hope you like it!

The Mageling

I wrote this short piece after a particulary trying morning at home with my own two-year-old son. I really enjoyed writing it, I hope you enjoy reading it!

The Tale of Karthwynne

Karthwynne is my muse; she is the center of most of the stories I write. This piece was written to introduce her to a D&D-type atmosphere; the world she is currently in is one of my own creation. I hope to use her someday in a fantasy series of novels. Enjoy!
