How far have I come

She stood silent, looking ahead into the darkness she could make out the faint outline of mountains in the distance. Cold and alone she pondered her journey. How far she had come to this point, was it all worth it? How she wished she could just lie down right there and let the world slip past her into a void of peaceful darkness. Let it all slip past her and drift into a dream of stars, how she wished she could escape it all. But reality always struck her hard, she could not just let it all go, not like that. Never once looking back, always ahead to what was to come, defiant, tired but still defiant. She moved on. I am quite pleased with this piece, it was a first attempt at snow and especially the foot print in the snow which I especially enjoy. Im not too fond of the snow to grass transition but I can always change that. I really enjoy the way the girl turned out, the wrinkles are a little excessive but I was mainly focusing on a new method of painting, I have a few more coming soon that will really show a different style from the dwarf. This was a piece done for more of the game modification group. This is the main background of the flash webpage which features a changing sky from night to day and back again, the full effect can be viewed at I haven't updated in a LOOONGGG time because of a busy schedule, but I think its about to change, expect much more in the future.
