To Jest

Laugh you do at my misfortunesNot a thing in the word of happinessSo you let yourself be insaneAnd laugh at deaths, laugh at that which wasn’t connected to youAnd when it does, you fail to laugh, only blameIt clears in your eyes with tearsWhen they die from youAll those cruel words saidNever did you consider she had feelingsAnd they were bleeding, aching, drippingYou are an evil face with a smirkNot a human of flesh who feelsBut a creature of monstrous natureYou wouldn’t think for a momentThat you put too many words into herLaughed too hard when she was downAnd she had to get those words out of her head somehowSo she cut them out, chocked them outShe didn’t want to breathe in such a life anymoreNo longer did she want her feet to be on Earth with youSo now she’s swinging from the raftersCaught lightly in the windA  note carved into her body"In the face of sadness, why would you cry if you could laugh?"

Phantom Fingers

A darker poem about a girl who is being possessed by a group of spirits. Inspired by my own way of life, the occurences that have overcome me, and a friend of mine. And yes, i know what you're thinking, and no, I don't.
