Another Michelle-fairy! For those who don't know, she's my little sister and this isn't the first time I've used her for my work, she's just the perfect fairy, don't you think? Anyway the wings I didn't put in, they were part of a fancy-dress costume. The picture depicts a little fairy setting out on her first mission to help the humans. She's a little unsure, but her little fairy friends are helping her and wishing her good luck. In case you didn't notice, the colored balls of light are supposed to be fairies ;0) Well, that's how I imagine them, anyway. You see, fairies can change their shape from that near-human form we all know to little balls of light, the size depending on their power. They prefer their larger form (I mean, imagine being a ball of light, it can't be very cofortable, can it?) but when humans are around they quickly transform (which is what our little hero is about to do). By the way, every fairy is sent on a mission, which can vary depending on the needs of the humans of that time. You may ask yourself, how can this be? I've definately never seen any balls of light floating around lately! Well you wouldn't, only children can see them (and some odd grown-ups who are still children inside...) The background picture was taken by my me when I was in Philadelphia, it's just one of those beautiful old houses you see around there, and this one just suited my purposes perfectly! I have my wonderful model's permission to use her photograph! Done in photoshop.
