'And there at last when the mallorn-leaves were falling, but spring had not yet come, she laid herself upon Cerin Amroth; and there is her green grave until the world is changed, and all the days of her life are utterly forgotten by men that come after, and elanor and niphredil bloom no more east of the Sea.'
This was written on the actual drawing, but it didn't fit in our scanner, so I put it in the description instead. This passage comes from the appendix in The Lord of the Rings, the scene were Arwen dies of a broken heart after Aragorn is dead. It's so sad, yet beautiful, and I had to do a drawing of it.
I designed the dress myself, and my mom and I made it for me later. It turned out very nicely. I wore it to my school's winter formal.
And this is from the book, not the movies. It's my own interpretation of how it might have looked.
This was done in colored pencil.
