Number Five

'So won't you join us for tea?' Dylan guestured towards his table, where three cups were set up. 'Us?' Jenna blinked, thinking her boss had lost his mind. 'Yes, us.' A small voice piped up. Slowly, Jenna turned her head. Sitting on the table was a black winged mouse, whose tail resembled a gerbil's. On it's right cheek was a small white spot. 'Who else did you think Akaaka meant?' Jenna blinked, and then fainted away. Knif, the small animal, looked at Dylan. 'You've been a bad boy, Akaaka.' Hehe, here's creature number five, Knif. Her name means 'glow' in drow. She represents light, but will be dark in color (if any of my pictures are ever colored). Ironic when Barra is large and white, while Knif is small and dark. ;b They're opposites, though. If you're wondering why Dylan is being called Akaaka, is that each human in the story that are guardians of the creatures (or vice versa?) has a name in Japanese that means the same thing as the creature's drow ones... Dylan is the one who knows about the creature from the beginning, and Jenna is the last one of the seven humans. By the way, that excerpt is an idea to put in the story, I've not yet gotten that far! And yes, the arms definitely need work on Knif. I already know that. Anyone have any advice? I wanted to have her leaning on something, to show how small she is. :)
