This is my depiction of the Celtic Goddess, Brigid. Although not a 'traditional' Triple Goddess, she is often shown as such. There were, in fact, 3 sisters all named Brigid - daughters of the Daghda. Brigid was Goddess of nature-lore/herbalism, the hearth, childbirth/mid-wifery/fertility, areas of 'high-intellect' such as inspiration, poetry & wisdom, and of fire & forge... She really was the original Deity for all occasions & and important aspect in the lives of the celts. Brigid was also the only pagan deity that survived Christianity. She is now known as Saint Brigid of Kildare.
