Wysteria Way front Fairyland Cottage

Here is a wonderful driftwood fairy cottage, named Wysteria Way.  Inside there is a table and stools, and a driftwood and moss bed with suede leaf blanket. A tiny shell sink hangs on the wall, along with a shell and candle sconce. On the outside I have included tiny crystal points enhance the energy of the cottage. Most of the driftwood comprising this cottage is manzanita, a wonderful hardwood that takes on fantastic shapes when rolled and sanded by the sea. There are delightful glass orbs imbedded into the 'walls' that give the apperance of captured bubbles, catching and reflecting the light. There are little windows of sea glass, an 'upper deck' seating bench, and a tiny little bluebird of happiness nesting up top. So sweet!   Each Fairyland cottage is well constructed. The lichen and mosses are light sensitive, so cottages are not intended to remain outside. But it can easily be taken to play with and enjoy outside in nature. They are detailed in the round, inside and out.   I enjoy a lovely relationship with some of the local diva's, or fairies, and they assist me in my creations. My studio is outside, in the beautiful foothills of Santa Barbara, which itself harkens back to the ancient lands of Lemuria and so holds a unique and special energy all its own. The materials are all hand chosen by me here along the shoreline and are clean and untreated. The cottages are very organic and natural in feeling, ready to invite you into a magical world that a part of you has always remained connected to. Children naturally dive right in; when I take the houses out for a photo shoot to the beach, the light that is eminated calls children far and wide, and they come right up to play. It is quite a treat to see them respond.   Each creation has been saged and blessed, and crafted with meticlious intention as well as attention to detail. As a part of my spiritual path and healing work, I offer these to you as your own portal to wonder!
