Yay, more Gav! heheheh... anyhow, if anyone is interested in his story about his ship, Sagus Draconis, here is the uber-short version: He was trying to crew the boat himself, take it into port till he could find a crew. Two hands were never enough. There was a storm, the boat, his beautiful boat, was going to sink. The waves were miles high, crashing down on him. He bound himself around the waist to the mast, challenging the storm to the death. Instead, as he cursed the sky, he saw a vision that will stay with him forever. A beautiful maiden sat perched on a silverish-blue dragon's back, flown through the storms eye with a blade in hand, snarling and naked and fighting off the destructive power of the winds and rain, thunder crashing in defiance. She looked down to the ship, smiled, and then faded away. Immediately the storm subsided, Gavin was safe, his ship was whole, and he was forever changed. The mascot for the ship was changed from a mermaid to a maiden with a small dragon craddled in her arms, the name was set to Sagus Draconis, and he has both the name and the mascot tattooed on his arm. He is a constant look out for his guardians, eyes always sky-high. Just pencil sketch.
