update Feb 15 2007: fire and water. where it all started. personal attachment of the theme rather than the picture quality. So for Philosphy, we did an assignment called a 'Me Poster'. This wasn't just where you cover a posterboard with your interests. (although many people did) We had to cover it with symbols, images, & other things that described us, and who we are. The only words allowed were the title/slogan. My title was 'Fire and Water' (I still kick myself for not putting 'Fyre') It descibes the two different sides of me (see my main page for details). The central image were these two dragons. Female & Male, Water & Fire, Calm & Chaotic, etc. Man, I love these guys. I think I'll stick with these as two of my characters in my forever-untouched manga/story... Oh yeah. Yes, they're purposely in the shape of a yin-yang. Yes, it's also a 69, but not in the perverted sexual sense. The 69 is the symbol for the zodiac sign Cancer the Crab, my sign. No, they're not lovers. They're two parts of the same person, me. (What do you think I am, a Narcicist??) Yes, I know I reversed the colors for the kanji. I did it to show even more connections between the fire & water sides of myself. Their magic-streamy-things are intertwined to show that one cannot exist without the other, & they are inseparable. You can't remove a part of me, or try to get one without the other. I'll stop being so philisophical now... Media: Black Sharpie & colored markers on posterboard, and a helluva cropping, cleaning up, and editing. Digital pics can get annoying... Date: sometime around mid-late Sept. 2004
