OK. This was a big one. It was done on A3 paper, and I pasted it together later. Basically, the two cutting the hair of the griffin are both mountain kaphen, having recently moved several hundred kilometres north to the hot, wet forests of Janhahn. All the other kaphen are forest kaphen in their native habitat, and griffins are a rare sight. The one leaning off to the right is smiling as well, in case you didn't notice. They don't have complete control over their mouths, so the tips always sag, giving a growling expression. Anyway, this was the kind of pic I wouldn't ever be finished with unless I shaded it all completely black. I decided to upload it before I did that. Maybe I'll improve it now, or maybe I'll destroy it. Wish me luck, and tell me what you think so far.
