started as a nixy

She was one of my favorite pictures for a time. I attempted to do a pastel of her, approximately a metre long, by about 2/3 of a metre tall, but I lost it about midway. (Don't ask how I lost a piece of paper that big, but I did. She was supposed to be a nixie. (There's a fairy tale about a nixie in a millpond and she offers a treasure in exchange for the 'youngest thing' in a farmer's house. he presumes she wants one of the puppies or kittens, but of course, as must happen in all good fairy-tales, his wife has just given birth to their son, and of course adventures begin many years later, when the nixie claims the son, and his young wife goes off in search of him, getting help from fairy-folk along the way. stuff. Okay I give up, but if you want me to tell you a story in more detail, just e-mail me, it'll be fun, we'll have story time.

The Kitten and the Dragon (Script)

Yes! I know! Doesn't that sound like a disgusting title? Well, it's a script for a children's puppet show, what do you want? I apologize, the quality may be a bit sub-par, but I had to edit out some of the gags, they were too sub-culture-specific. Also, this is a fairly old piece 4-6 years, and some of the jokes are (at least by adult standards) REALLY REALY BAD. A few notes: anything presented with an asterisk (*) and underlined is a variable part of the story, dependant on the location and time of the story. And I apologize for any confusion caused byt the narrators being labeled N1 and N2. While I was writing it, I was trying to keep it open for a mixed-cast show. (People AND puppets.) Anyhow, I'm sure there aren't too many scripts in the Library, so even if it's dreadful, at least it's different.
