Poster-style illustration of Coen, a lead character in my sci-fi manga, Motherland. He is a genetically altered organism, made to be absolutley aesthetically perfect. In other words, he was designed to be flawlessly beautiful. Coen is fragile and naive, heavily sheltered by the group of scientists who made him, a group of reaserchers employed under the national leader of biophysical development, Terasu Enterprises. As far as the head company is concernd, Coen is their exclusive property, and he has been used as a model ever since he was an infant. Due to this, Coen is lonely yet mistrusting, and has a weak ego, being easily lead. However, he could never imagine what his precious creators DO with chimeras that are no longer profitable... The Japanese characters in the corner translate to 'White Dragon', which is my usual online screen name. Mechanical pencil, erasers. posted 5/6/07.
