'Rider stared at the beast in front of her. What was a stone statue a few seconds before was suddenly a large, warm and very alive creature. He shook his head and sent a gang of bright blue hair all over the place.
Rider stared at him for a minute, half due to shock and half due to curiosity. His long, serpentine body was an odd yellow color. Almost puke-colored, but not enough so to be funny. He had bright red, curvy antler things sticking out of the back of his head. Rider couldn't conceive how they served any purpose, of any sort.
He was, all-in-all, the most unappealing dragon to look at that she had ever seen.'
This is a portrait thingy of Blarragrar, a dragon from my 'story.' (which is just a whole jumble of randomly placed events floating around in my head and math binder...) He's got the unfortunate name which seems impossible for anyone he meets to pronounce.
'Blar-ra-grar!' 'Blaralglar... Blargla...Blagra...Bragle...'
I colored this with my newly-acquired Photoshop Elements 1.0. 1.0... not very impressive-sounding, at all, methinks. Anyway, as you can see I seriously need to find a tutorial that I can actually understand. Crappy shading.
Many things bother me with this picture. 1. I SUCK AT FORESHORTENING. Yucky left hand. Yucky.
2. The shading around the foreshortened hand is very icky also. As you can see, I was clearly confused.
3. His right hand is larger than his left, even though it's farther away. Oops. 4. This is quite possibly the most anatomically-impossible dragon ever. Oh well, he's cute ^.^
Constructive critiscism, PLEASE! :)
