A heavily augmented cyborg zombie patrols a warzone.I love cyborg zombies, they're reanimated bodies that are modify with various chemicals, cybernetic parts, and gene treatments to be terrifying soldiers of war. This one carries a rather large gun as well as thick armor. The cyborgs are pretty stupid, most are barely able to speak, but they have an animalistic cunning as well as extensive training in tactics and strategy.I also stuck in a big truck for good measure, big trucks are also cool. This took me about 50 hours of work (give or take a dozen). I made it over the course of two months (but it took so long because I was lazy, not because of effort) and right now I'm just glad it's done.I experimented with even more brush making and texturing, and I'm fairly pleased with the results. I've got a lot to learn but I'm happy with the progress I've made.In case you're wondering, the general process for this picture is the same as most of mine. I start with a pencil sketch, I scan it in and block in the large colors, and then I detail (a lot!). Process pictures can be seen about midway down the page here. Also, please don't misinterpret this and say it's a pro/anti war picture. You'll be putting your words in my mouth, my own opinions are my own. You can have your own ideas about whatever the picture may mean, but realize it might not be what I think. I just happen to like cyborgs, trucks, big guns, and bricks. There really is no more depth to this picture than that. I'm sorry there's no greater meaning or whatever, but that's the way it is.
