This guy is Aquna, a character I made up as a villain for one of my friends' characters. He is an eel, who was put through strenuous (but harmless) intelligence testing. After being set free, he mutated himself a bit (hence the legs.) a bit Simply put, he wants to submerge the islands of my friends' fictional world (he wants to do certain other things first so that the water can safely contain life.) He is a good technician, and builds various devices from parts he salvages from sunken trains, ships, etc. He made this suit so that he can go on land and survey certain areas for his plan, or find supplies that are difficult to locate underwater. Though brilliant, he has a short memory span and sometimes loses track of what he's doing. This often leads to odd, but effective incongruencies in his machines. This suit takes moisture from the air and quickly converts it to water to allow him to breathe. The interior of the suit is full of water that is lighter than usual. The suit has a few defenses. The tank on the back isn't for breathing, but for attacking. It can fire hi temperature jets of water at varying temperatures, or even treat them with electricity. Retractable 'arms' are housed between the fins. When not in use, they can even be used to provide extra defensive plating. The tail is bladed, and can be used to move obstructions or block attacks. I had a lot of fun making this up. He is currently working on a better version. Enjoy! Sorry for the long description. This may be updated soon. Have a great day!
