The world map of my personal planet. The large continent on the left is Dorimmanar, ancestral home of Men and ancient seat of the Three Kingdoms. To the south-east of Dorimmanar there is Cúral, home to the Elven refugees after the coming of the Black Warlord. North-east from Cúral lies Arínoné, of old home to the Elves until their sundering at the hands of the Black Warlord. South and to the East of Arínoné is Kalast, a far red country where wild Men clash with brutal Orcs and the grim Centaurs, and evil never sleeps. Away north of Kalast is the continent of Shagorthol, a frost-rimed country with jaws of snow and teeth of ice. In ancient days the Frost King Anhorgol made his stronghold there with the Dark Elves and the dead, and there have been rumors of his return. South and east of Shagorthol is the mountainous country of Fundagar, whose deep caves and towering peaks were of old the center of Dwarvendom on Teranor, with the great undergrounf metropolis of Gonin Nazgr at its heart. After the coming of the Frost King, the Dwarven nation suffered a crippling blow, vanishing deeper into the mountains into much smaller cities. In the utmost North and South there are intractable wastes of ice. None venture there, for it is a land of darkness and foul beasts.
