Since this section isn't clogged up with text, I'll put this here: please don't hesitate to leave a comment!
Drawing (duh, I wouldn't be here otherwise) in the first place; I have already ruined a great many test papers by transforming them into battlefields or elfish gatherings. I once started a chainmail glove, but that turned out to be really hard on my fingers and our supply of metal wire. Also, obscure languages (like Gaulish (Eluveitie ftw!)) and all thing older than 500 years.
Apart from that, I also keep track of every synonym pertaining to destroying/killing or setting alight. Destroy, destruct, demolish, shatter, annihilate, eradicate, eviscerate, to set alight/ablaze/aflame, incinerate, and so on, and so on. Feel free to add to them!
Not a huge lot, really. I saw LotR, which is the best Fantasy movie series I've seen. Eragon was a huge dissapointment, Avatar (not to be confused with the guy with the arrow on his forehead) rocked, first Narnia movie was okay, and that's about it.
Like ninety percent of the fantasy-followers, I started my journey in the wondrous world of musty tomes with LOTR. Upon discovering Warcraft III, I kinda bought all books on the subject, my favorite being War of the Ancients and Night of the Dragon. After that, my path swayed back and forth until I crossed into the land of the two Terrys, namely Brooks and Goodkind.
Currently reading: Well, nothing in particular, but I Marion Zimmer Bradley's "Mists of Avalon" about two weeks ago.
I discovered folk by listening to The Lord of the Dance, and the step to folk metal was an easy one to make. Current bands/composers I really like: Eluveitie, Korpiklaani, Alestorm, Ronan Hardiman, Nightwish (only with Anette, sorry to all you Tarja-fans :D) and recently I discovered Daniel Yount's Audiograve: Literally epic music. No, I mean, really. Literally.
