On one night a year, the skies grow darker than usual. Clouds obstruct the stars and moon. The air holds a magical quality. Some say, it is the night that the unicorns first touched our earth, and the skies are mourning their disappearance. And on this one night, you can see the gohsts of the unicorns. But nay! You look closer and they are not gohsts, but a vision! You see what the world was like when unicorns roamed free. Then, at the break of dawn, if there are any horses near you, you will see the unicorns leap into the horses. And for just a moment, they seem to glow, and they are lined with silver. Then, with a surge of energy, they will rear up, and gallop as fast as they can, toward the sinking moon. Everyone sees this glorious night, but none ever remember it. It's like a distant dream to them. Few ever get it on film, or pictures. I am very lucky! I am only able to tell you this, because I wrote my experiance down whilst it was happening. What I wouldn't give to remember that night.... I took the photo of a horse with my Kodak Easyshare Z712 and then edited it on Picasa 2.
