Another piece from a dream. The dream itself is one my friends and I enjoy recounting when we're hanging out with nothing to do. The setting is a high-school art class, being taught by Joe Swanson (the paraplegic from Family Guy). As the class works, he is saying (I am not making this up), "Now, remember, kids, the important thing is not to complete a textbook. The important thing is to sample different media of art so you can find your true artistic forte." Meanwhile, I'm rummaging in my backpack looking for a drawing which in real life I had been meaning to finish for a month or so. As I'm searching through my papers I come across this drawing, already finished. Needless to say, when I woke up, I made darn sure that the drawing would also exist finished in the real world!Interesting fact: the eyestalk in the center is the youngest of the three, while the one on the right is the oldest.
