The Imare are not just your sterotypical blind seers. Their eyes are sewn shut by choice--and usually with no pain relievers. Exclusively drawn from the population of a small, winged people, once they have reached this level of capable prediction, they will never again see the sky. To see the future is a difficult burden, for a thought cannot be read until it has been thought, and actions cannot be told until they have been enacted. It is an elaborate guessing game based on probability and prediction, knowing where those watched will step to better know where they've been. Time unforeseen branches into thousands of possible pathways. Only the strongest and least-distracted minds can bear it.
