Firesbreath of the Sevrane, Amazonian type mercs trained from childhood, has decided that at 14 she is good enough to strike off on her own. The magical mark on her forehead that marks her as Sevrane should keep her relatively safe shouldn't it? And it should also convince employers that she has some training and she's not some star eyed green looking for quick cash and easy fame, right? Plus, in her opinion she looked a good 17 years, and she knows a few useful spells. Nevermind that most Sevranes don't strike off 'til 16 at the earliest or that they almost never struck off on their own... She could wipe the floor with those sissies any day. It wasn't like her fellows wanted her with them anyway or that there was any one willing and ready to go with her. But that didn't matter. What mattered was that when she came back they'd all be awed by her mere presence, such was her power and fame, or at least that's what she tells herself.
Hello, you like? This is one of my characters from a story floating around in my head. If it's very sketchy I still love it. I never was the organized type.
