After a great hunt Gediminas of Lithuainia made camp.  He fell asleep and dreamed of an iron-clad wolf on a hill, Crooked Hill, and it howled so forcefully it sounded as if 100 wolves howled at once.  Gediminas went to his High Priest and ask what it meant.  The priest explained that the armored wolf was at the location he should buil a great city, the future capital of Lithuainia.  The howling of the wolf meant it's fame would spread far and wide.
