Since it's creation, the kingdom of Archlen has believed in the true Dragons. A true dragon is said to be equal to a thousand lesser ones. They were the source of everything. Life, death, magic, and creation. Normally solitary, these beings did as each does saw fit. No one of the time had power enough to pose a threat. They kept to a caste system and most were content with their place. Kronos of the sky was the last and greatest of these noble beings. One among the dragons was not pleased with his own power and became greedy for more. This was Squall. Eventually this led to a war for supremacy and Kronos was challenged by Squall. Kronos triumphed and Squall was killed. Kronos divided the body of his foe into weapons and armor and other devices. Kronos also had a mate, the true dragon Raiyen. During the battle, Raiyen was poisoned and died far from his side. That was nearly 50,000 years ago. 19,998 years later, a man by the name of Alexander Archlen killed Kronos in order to create the plane of Archlen. 2 years later, Elizabeth Archlen, Alexander's sister, who could not have children of her own wanted Alexander's children to be protected if the blood line was to be continued. Therefore, Elizabeth created a golem using the blood of Kronos. One that'd live till the end of time and protect their descendants. The golem was created in her image, named Synna. Another source of protection were the weapons created on Archlen. They were extremely powerful, but only when used in Archlen or by the Archlen bloodline. Kronos and Raiyen also had a son. Though unhatched, the baby dragon remains conscious in his egg. He waits for the day when he'll hatch and seek retribution for his father's death. Among the descendants was a man by the name of Hunter and his daughter Cynda. And the rival of Alexander, Daniel Dearth's descendants, Shori and Keiador Delfrin.
