In honor of the fact that the Sun is presently in Leo, the Woodworks staff would like to make a confession: we are all, secretly, cats. How else can the presence this month of not one admittedly feline columnist but two be explained? After all, whenever one person is admitting to it, you can be sure at least two more aren't. Also, as cats we of course need much worship and praise, so do drop by the forums and at least tell us if you think the new layout (slaved over by Editor-in-Chief Georgette Tan) is good or not. We'd also love to hear what you think about our columns and what's in them, particularly since this month Klimpen is answering what is, to date, The Funniest Question Ever. And speaking of columns, this month's theme is children, so drag out your inner child and let him or her go nuts. Snacks and drinks will be served in the concession stand forums until September!

Wat happned to teh extranet?????
As you may very well suspect by now, the Elfwood servers are kaput. And yes, it's just you. And you. And you. And you. Fear not, it has not been closed down again, or attacked by hamsters, or anything that exciting. It's simply broken. Fortunately, we have a place specially for keeping you updated about these outrages. Keep your eye on Elfwood Tech, and keep on creating.

(And yes, this means that you can't reach Recommended Reading or Art items until Elfwood gets back on its feet.)
