Recommended Art
by Gretchen Sveda

When it was decided that the theme for this month was Coming of Age, the first thing I thought was 'awww nuts, I'm NEVER going to be able to find any art with that theme..'
I managed to find so much of it in Loth (as usual) that I really had to agonise over what to throw back, but Zone and Fanquarter are sadly lacking in artwork that I could clearly apply the concept to.
There is probably lots of it, but not attached to the keywords I thought up - so some of my choices this month may seem a little... off topic.
I had to get very creative and attach an extremely broad context to this theme, but I hope the art I've found is enjoyable to look at anyway.

Gretchen Sveda is the proud possession of three cats, and when she isn't pandering to their every whim she can either be found swimming in the ocean or sitting hunched over her computer drawing pictures and exploring Elfwood. She works as a security analyst for an IT company in New Zealand, and is currently trying to break away from drawing scantily clad female faeries with no backgrounds.

She’ll let you know how that works out.
