A lot of people argue that writing is a talent and cannot be really taught. If that is the case, Writer's Digest magazine comes pretty darn close. Writer's Digest, an American monthly glossy magazine, has been around for as long as freelance writing has been a respectable profession. Many freelance writer have a stack of the latest issues on their bookshelves as it is the trade magazine for the industry. But is the magazine worth your while for $25.96 for a year-long subscription?

The first few pages of The Third Eagle are intensely confusing, since we are plunged into the far future and exposed to the cultures of two different human races. In the first chapter there are prayers, an attempted assassination, a fight, a victory, and a young man making a life-changing decision. And that's all before breakfast!

Fullmetal Alchemist or “Hagane no Renkinjutsushi” is a manga title turned highly successful anime series. A tale of two brothers on a journey that is at times tragic and humorous, this series is sure to find success on foreign soil.

It is 2142, and the world has been ruined by pollution. A self-sustaining city, which feeds on the pollution, called ECOBAN is the last civilized refugee for man. Except, the militaristic counsel of ECOBAN thinks their population is high enough and turns away refugees. These non-ECOBAN citizens do whatever it takes to survive in a city named Marr and are essentially a pool of cheap labor. This is all cool and clear, but then things get hazy.

You've probably heard lots of jokes about the number 42 or references to the handiness of towels, but, if you haven't read The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and the rest of the five-volume trilogy (plus bonus story) by Douglas Adams, it's likely you have no real idea what these things refer to.
