Your faces look very life-like and i like the shading a lot. I can't do shading.

As far as shading goes, the only advice I can give is try to pay attention to the highlights and shadows on different objects, and practice, practice, practice (I wish there was a shortcut, but if there is, I haven't found one...). I do like your gallery. I'll add some comments to it when I have a bit more time."

15 Sarah Allinger replies: "  Man, it's been a while since I checked in here... I did check out the Garden, but didn't really get involved. I actually don't draw as much as I write. My brother's the true artist. I only draw when I'm bored and want a project, but I write all the time. (Not as much on my Elwood story as I'd like though. I'm pretty bad that way.) Anyway, I still might stop by again one day. It seems like a really neat place."

Wow when I looked through your gallery I was struck by your talent for capturing expressions! I'm being earnest, really its so earie! Your anatomy is great too. The only thing that I could kinda complain is about the lightness of the pictures, its really hard to see and that takes away from it. Try changing the brightness a bit when you scan it! It would make such a big difference. But talentwise you are loaded, so keep on drawing. By the way my fav pic in your gallery is Man 2! Its wonderful!

(I need to give them names, seriously.) That's weird, since he seems to be the least popular, but I've got a certain weakness for the guy. Glad someone else sees it too."
