People who are always kind to you, flatterns your heart, but dont bring you further. First of all, one of the most difficult thing to paint are humans, especially faces. About your pics I can say: Most faces look flatened. This is because you dont work out stronger and proper the faces out, lines, correct shadows, ... That way it comes more comic like. But maybe you want that? Analysing your pictures I assume you have the effort to make it more real to give the faces more expression. Most eyes in the pics are alien like and not human like. Works good for elves too. Its very hard to find the personality to paint someone’s eyes in a way its recognisable. Face proportions: Get once a measure staff and check different distances: eye to eye, nose length, forehead, .. you will be surprised  By far the best is Karagan Lessa imho. Not because its coloured but its the only one that has an authentic expression. It somehow doesn’t fit to the others. Go ahead painting and make your hard work outperforming your painter talent.
