I have had difficulty creating the impression of warp travel without resorting to sticking a photoshoped picture on a square behind the ship. Sam ´AcidK´ Read replies: "For bryce there is a much simpler way of creating such an effect. Place a cylander around the ship (so the ship is in it's centre), place a cosmic effect (nebula, for example) and stretch the ends of the cylander until you get the effect you require. Note that camera placement is crucial, as an elongated nebula effect can cause CPU lag." | |
