The weapon that ended the Millenia War on Shraan was none other than this planetwide PUC weapon. PUC is a magnetic device that fuses with psychic energies emitted from Kylithium Crystalis so that when the energy is release, a massive EMP explosion is set off, causeing a planet-wide shockwave, causing enough electricity upon metals to cause all forms of metal to burst out in violent lightning explosions. This only occurs to metal, everything else is fine, including people. The Besilon Empire was informed of the PUC device and were ready for exposure. The Saxolites were not informed, loosing a great deal of their troops into the lighting exposures. A lot survived, but badly injured... the rest did not survive the Dominator Project's PUC explosion.
