I know virtually nothing concerning 3-D art programs but the possibilities are amazing as you've demonstrated in your gallery. What's the process involving taking a 2-D image and rendering it in 3-D? Is there a great deal of math involved? Sam ´AcidK´ Read replies: "Don't you mean Battle Fleet Gothic from Games Workshop (I'm an ex WH4k player). And onto incorporating 2D into 3D... It is easy with bryce, you use the 'double-side' mountain creator, go into 'set/edit terrain' and then insert the picture there (adding textures afterwards). No onto the maths: Yes, most 3D modelling requires some form of maths, like sizes, weight, stretch... but Bryce only needs little maths, hence it's usefulness for designing." | |
