Hello Adrian. There is no secret to drawing noses. If things turn out for you, as they did for me, drawing noses will come naturally as you practice and become better. When your skills are attuned to a certain point, you will find yourself drawing noses no problem. The biggest tip I can give you: Never outline andything in your pictures, only shade. Noses come from the shadows they create, not from lines. Blend your shading that forms the frame of the nose in with the shading beneath the brow, and above below the ridge of the cheek bones, but don't make the shading of the nose too dark. Lastly draw what you see, not what you think it should look like, and take a break if it isn't coming out right. If you become frustrated and only wish to get the nose done, it will come out unfinished and rushed... Good luck, I used to not be able to draw noses very well either... I started drawing them correctly around age 12 or 13, and it definately doesn't come without practice.. enjoy art!

I don't think drawing noses comes naturally. If you're not trying to be super detailed, just get good at drawing the lower, nostril-part of the nose, and draw that, then draw just a hint of the upper part of the nose near one eye. I got good at drawing noses following that criteria when I was about 8 because I looked at the noses in coloring books. It's kind of like cartoon art;you draw a few simple lines to get an expression right, or to make something look more complex than it really is. However, you shouldn't this if you are being super detailed and shading a lot.
