"Lend me your wings, my sisters, fell and fair. Though fate has rent us mercilessly apart, it joins us once more to complete this final task. The balance of all things rests upon our strength. The fate of earths, seas, and cosmos rests upon our wings. Should we fail, all life shall fail with us, into black oblivion. Ah, fate as treated us cruelly in truth, for our victory should also be our end. Though we may succeed, and life may blossom and flow through all creatures, and peace be restored to the stars, we shall surely fade into the ultimate darkness that threatens all that we cherish. Thus, I pray that we may take that dark and mysterious path of the netherworld, traveling hand in hand, joined finally in peace and compassion. To me, my sisters! Surely we shall die, but together we shall go! Love sustain us, love carry us, love guide us to the end. Love be our victory!"

maybe they're showing off how many boogers they can pick out of their nose and showing it off...just kidding.
Perhaps the fairy looks so nervous because they're spies, spies for the mythical creature's who are trying to over-throw a human ruler..or maybe the good creatures are battleing the bad and the fairy is nervous about a rouge...thing... battleing along side them, but still they make the secret code hand sign to open the gates to the good mythical creature's head-quarters....yeah. i didn't mean the stuff about the boogers, but it came to mind when they were sticking out their fingers that way...sorry

This picture reminds me of my sisters and I, a true connection, dependent on each other, yet independent, a circle of love and support. It's beautiful.

Forgive me if I have repeated an idea but I havent read every posted comment. To me it represents heaven, earth and hell and the natural harmony that flows betweent them all in order for the cosmos to stay balanced. Your work is beautiful, keep up the amazing work.

It interests me, the three spirits outside the painting.

I think of what makes up our world. Good, evil and magic. The beginning of life, the magic of living life, and the death that eventually comes for use all.

the meaning is in the title too
real love lets us fly if we live it
and flight is a gift of love
so what am i talking about , not sure now ...
the drawing is beautiful the figures and their wings superb
the faerie is my favourite she’s so sweet
so the angel brings the gift of love and flight to the faerie and the batwingboy
the faerie uses it unselfishly and will soon become an angel
the batwingboy still has way to go ..

Wow, well obviously there is a trifecta. What I get out of this amazing picture is spiritual. Satan falling from God’s grace, and then the individual standing is humanity. God and Satan appear to be giving humanity a choice of good or evil! Hope that makes sense. Your an AMAZING artist!
