Since I've known you, you have definately come a long way. Your ark work has really matured. And it will only get better with time & experience. Your use of colors are absolutely wonderful. My favorites are "Black & White Phoenix", truly an original Ashley. "Dark Swirls" - really great face & great colors. "Winter's Blue Jay Detail"-She's beautiful & again I love the colors. "Spreading Hope" It draws you into the sunset. "Graffiti Faerie" She's so well proportioned Ashley. "Floating Away in the Autumn Breeze" Great colors & very creative. "Spring Faerie" Looks like it could be a stained glass window.
Thank you for sharing your talents with me Ashley. Keep taking classes & keep practicing. You definately have talent.

I was reading in your bio that you would like to improve and get criticism. Now if you don't mind receiving a lot of criticism and you are willing to work on the tips that are offered to you, pass by epilogue.net, join the forums and post your work at the WIP forums. All kind of artists of all levels will be ready to help you and provide criticism. It did help me a lot, in less than one year I can see an improvement in my own work.

I'm not sure where I get all my idea, sometimes they just come from nowhere, I'll be laying in bed and they will come to me. Sometimes, I'm looking at something or reading a book, and ideas just start flowing. I also like to doodle in my sketchbook until something just comes to me. And odd question, but am I safe to assume that you like Erin Hunter's Warriors series? Your name sure sounds like it! "

I was looking at your deviant art page and i saw pictures of your kitties the whiteish gray ones withe the blue eyes. I was amazed because i have a cat who looks just like them but i always thought he was a mutt and that he was the only one of his kind. I was wondering if your kitties were just mutts or if they really have a breed name. Please write me back i’d love to hear from you.

Ashley Holloway replies: "Well, I’m pretty sure she is just a mutt like mine I only have the one, Sasha. I have heard from others that she is a siamese-tabby cross, thus the coloration, that would also make sense because mine is very vocal like a siamese. Her mother was just a tabby cat. I thought she was the only one as well, until I started finding a lot of people on deviantart with the same color of kitties! I come across them every once in awhile, although I’ve never seen another in real life."
