SciFi and Fantasy Art Angel I September by Jessica ´Vestaka´ Douglas

This is the first birthstone angel that I did. She represents the month of September and it's Sapphires. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALL YOU SEPTEMBER PEOPLE!!!!!

Done in colored pencils.

Okay I am tired of repeating this, so I am putting it up on each of the angels. There is no ONE true birthstone list. There are many many many different ones. For the most part they are consistant, but there are often different stones. I used a professional Jewelers list from out here in Utah, simply because I wanted people to be able to buy boththe angel and the birthstone ring that accompanies it, and have the stones be the same. So I don't want to hear any more comments about this not being the 'right' stone for the month. Look into it, you will be surprised at the number of variations,

It defeats the whole thing about Angels being holy and etc. Just wondering. i think covering her up a little more would be a little better for an angel title, but it works for the godess thing. Very imaginitive on the wings. I like them. Very original.

18 Sep 2008	Elsa R. Oakley	Loading... Yay! Also born in September. I just turned 19 about a week ago (on Sep 11th). This is really beautiful. I like the Stonehenge type rocks in the background because I love Stonehenge and it’s quite near where I live. The folds in the dress are also done amazingly and it is great how they turn into sort of stalagmites.
