Yes there's what looks like blood on the bottom of her kimono, but that suggests the danger is coming from the bottom of the demon, not the top, despite the long daggerlike weapon rings that cover her own nails. And while it does look like something snakish maybe along her side, the end disappears at the top of the demon. The symbol of the white bird on her parasol and kimono probably mean something, but I don't know what.
