SciFi and Fantasy Art Malin, Psionic Warrior (color) by Alon Rand

Yet another colored version of an existing image. The wings are because the character is actually sort of an angel, though he didn't know it when the game started. Near the end, he fully manifested his angelic powers, and the wings came with it. The original doesn't really show them because I couldn't think of any way to show them the way I wanted: ethereal and glowey, without doing it digitally. So now he's really finished. And don't ask what the thingies are in the background. I made them based off of the opera house in Sydney, but only because it looks cool and futuristic. Maybe they're entrances to an arcology, or something. By the way, he's an NPC character from a completed Rifts RPG campaign.

Is rather freaky) Alon Rand replies: "Giving a character with black hair bluish highlights is a common technique among comic book artists and in anime. Generally the only other alternative is to have a featureless black mass on someone's head."
