SciFi and Fantasy Art Pegasus In Flight by Alon Rand

To those of you who read Anne McCaffrey, no, this has nothing to do with the book by the same title. I just recalled that there is such a book, and its too late to change the name of the thing now, so I suppose its fortunate that titles can't be copywritten. *grin* Anywho, this was a Christmas gift for my mother, at her request. Deepest thanks to Suzanne Jessup for her extremely helpful FARP tutorial on drawing horses. This is my first horse-like drawing in about a decade, and the last one was so terrible that I never even finished it. I'm MUCH happier with this one. Thanks also to Melody Lu (Jyiis) for the drawing she's got on her page that teaches how to draw wings. It helped a good deal here as well. Much better wings these are than the last attempt at bird wings I made, I think. Though I need some practice on them yet, of course. All those feathers can get tiresome....gimme a nice, simple dragon wing any day! hehe. Anywho, on to the picture. I've babbled enough.
