This one also used to be over in Lothlorien, though without most of the background. Basically, what she can do is control shadows. For her there is a strange link between a thing and its shadow. By manipulating a thing's shadow, she can manipulate it. she can alter the shape and size of her own shadow without affecting herself. She can also pass through objects in shadow, and possibly teleport from shadow to shadow. By fiddling with her own shadow, she can effectively fly, and she can draw shadows together into semi-solid objects. This last she usually uses to make tools and weapons.

Hhmmm, reminds me of Electra(Marvel comics), good work on the perspective. She's in a wild sort of pose, coming out from around the corner, obviously far from the ground...

Actually, I think she's coming out of a shadow rather than around a corner. And she reminds me more of Psylocke than Elektra. Anyway, it looks like the outstrected leg is way too thick for the thinner-than-average waist. Still, your "comic book" style is cool and, for the most part, very professional-looking. Lookin' forward to seein' more of your work.

*twitches* -.o' okay, marshall...whatever you say...first of all, if you can't tell where the chick ends and where the background starts, you are obviously COLORBLIND...haven't you heard of positive and negative space? hmmm...shadows=dark color
buildings=light color...*looks*...omigod, i can't figure out where the buildings end and the girl starts! ahhh! <--sarcasm
*oy* i can't beleive the comments people leave -.-; if anyone else cannot see the space between shadowlark and the city, i'd like you to wear alluminum foil so we know who you ARE...
anyway...*lol* awesome piccy. some people just can't accept an artists' unique style, can they? it's annoying, isn't it? gah, the humanity! o.O O.o

I was having a very hard time seeing the borders of the shadowlark too, especially the hand holding the sword and the leg going behind the building. I blame the scanning process, personally. It often messes up contrast and shadows.
