Finally, the temperature was just right, and I happened to have a day off... This sculpture is big, over a meter high. I didn't use any tools at all to make it, not even a shovel, only my hands. Hard, cold work, but a lot of fun too.

what an awesome griffon! It looks like it is going to get up and fly any minute. It makes me think of the remake of the movie The Shineing where the bushes come to life. Very cool sculpture.(no pun intended.lol)

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "I’m happy with how it turned out. The quality of the snow allowed me to really work in 3D to make it look alive, for example letting the tail swish up from the ground. I was lucky."
