SciFi and Fantasy Art Quisalas by Emma JC Nilsson

An illustration of the tragic love between my role play character Nimm, an ice-wizard, and the old, dying unicorn Crystal. The sacred unicorn took a liking to the young and inexperienced wizard as she helped him unlock his powers, which had been sealed away by a curse placed upon him at young age. She then confessed her love, but also that she was soon to die. She even took human shape to express her feelings for him. Poor Nimm was devastated, and Crystal's words of comfort did little good.
