| 24 Oct 2004 | Andrea Lanzoni | Loading...Conan is one of my favorite characters, and I know this is interesting for anyone...however,sometimes his authors put too much magic in it.Great pic! Alexander J. Harron replies: "Depends on the author I suppose. I only really read the canonical (Conanical if you will) Robert E. Howard stories, not really being a fan of Jordan or de Camp's. Karl Edward Wagner did some good pastiches though." | |

'B-Man' Bahasuan | Loading...Scarlet Citadel... isn't it when Conan, as the Aquilonian king, had to fight alone after his army had been destroyed by the treacherous kings of Koth and Ophir. I really enjoyed the story albeit in comic form Great work with the inking plus the lighting and the "camera angle" (the pile of bodies around him works very well, I wouldnt like to be one of those who will have to fight him). Really enjoy this one Keep it up! Cheers! Alexander J. Harron replies: "'Twas indeed The Scarlet Citadel, probably among my top 5 favourite Conan stories. I haven't read all the comics, but the ones I've read so far are pretty good stuff. Thanks for the comment!" | |
