Tag As FavoriteComment		People know about the Roman god of Thunder, the Greek God of Thunder, the Norse God of Thunder...

So it was a very pleasant surprise for me to discover that there are records of the gods that the ancient Picts and Celts of Scotland worshipped: one of these was Taranaich, (probably based on the more familiar Taranis of mainland european Celts), who is depicted here.
