A supervillain comic character I designed for a piece of uni coursework. Here is a brief bio. Max Levin was tried and found guilty of a series of murders and was sentenced to death by electric chair. On the night of his execution there was a storm and as the chair was turned on a blot of lighning struck the building and sent 300,000 volts through his body. The chair pretty much exploded and sent Max flying across the room. His body was scorched and smoking and the extreme heat had melted the metal restraints around his chest, wrists and ankles. He found that he could control the release of electricity from these points in a variety of ways. He created his costume out of his prison overalls and insulating rubber to prevent him from shocking himself. I see this image as a later part of the story when Volt's rampage has the military after him with the helicopter searchlight shining down on him - just before he kicks some ass! The picture was drawn entirely in photoshop yet seems to have a strange 3dness about it - possibly cos of the colours and crisp outlines :-S
