Tag As FavoriteComment		When I was working at c.o.r.e. digital pictures, I was given responsibility to create a promotional commercial for L'Oreal's 'Make My Hair Day Sweepstakes' using Angela Anaconda. This included designing several pieces of art that were need for the spot. In one scene, the address where to send the contest entry forms is displayed on a postcard. I decided to have a bit of fun by putting a 'Harrold the Flying Sheep' stamp on the postcard. I tried my old logo of the sheep with wings, but in t.v. resolution, you couldn't make out any details. So I tried something new with bold lines and looking very much art-deco-ish. Here is the result and my new web-site logo.

Okay. Now, should I EVER see this logo on something, I shall purchase it immediately (if not sooner), and then I shall place it on my "Shelf of Philip!" (note the exclamation point!), where it shall reside next to The Sacred Hat and the Sacred Parking Lot Relic. Ahoy, Mon Ami. =) Check the shelves for my book soon! Woo! =)

it looks really nice and neat and ... well, I like it, but it's really hard to see, if you don't know what it is (I didin't read the title at first...). First thought the wing was a mouth with teath, and the ear an eyebrow... see what i mean...and i still dont know what the circle is (a cheak??). in my version it was the nostril and the sheaps head the rest of the nose. 2

I saw something like that in a dream once. I shiver just to remember. It was horrible. You can never trust those sheep you know. They're not just farm animals!!!!!!!!!
