Very nice picture, but the background would look better if it wasn't quite so alarming. Colour is nice to horse, but try to get it more in one colour all over, not with stripes.
Horse is (as always)beautiful. Have you used a picture of a Lipizzan doing courbette or something?? I never remember the names of the things they do. Jump up, kick with backlegs in air, and land on all four legs 2

I think he's doing Courbette... not 100% sure tho. Not an easy position either 1"

I like it, but I think it would be a bit better if the outline was a bit more clear. It seems to sort of "fuzz" into the background. Not that I should be talking, I can't do backgrounds to save my life, lol, colored or not. I think you captured the pose very well, though, as always.

Oh, yes, one more thing... The term you're looking for is capriole... The courbette is when they rise on their hind legs and "hop" forward a few times. I collect random trivia, lol, and it helps that a few years ago I was obsessed with Lippi's...

Again, nice job. Keep up the good work. >^.^<

I will agree that the background should be less startling. Perhaps a light green or something? The Pegasus itself is excellent. I have a Pegasus quite like it in my book...but he's huge and detests mud!
