i think goku would win because even if goku is dead, he can still fight. Plus planet destruction only requires about 10,000 powerlevel, and Super Saiyan 3 is about the level about above billions. and if goku can't beat hulk sure Gogeta 4 will do.

I like ’em both but the fiction around Goku’s "physical" abilities kinda goes waay deeper than that made for the Hulk. Hulk is near-indestructible but with Goku’s peerless speed and a power that’s enough to destroy planets (with seriously RIDICULOUS ease) Hulk’s chances are pretty damn slim. Even Vegeta could destroy planets (Arlia) with 2 fingers for f’s sake! when he was a relative weakling too!

Sorry for the excess logic. Goku’s inventors just gave him too much firepower for the Hulk to stand much chance. To really kill this argument, I’ll add Goku could blast Hulk into the sun like he did with Brolly (a f’n ’mammoth’ himself). Hulk Invincible? sure. immortal? nuh.
