| 23 Dec 2007 | Anonymous | I love your artwork, do you have any more great art pieces? What is this story you are writing going to be about?
I believe coloured pencils would make Secret look even better than using photoshop.
| 29 Dec 2007 | Alisha Kloc | Thanks! I'm going to have to try the colored pencils thing -- I really need to fix that picture.
The novel is about Secret and her friends, whose pictures I'm still working on. Hopefully I can get some more work done on it soon, and get the pictures up!
| 21 Jan 2008 | Chained Demon | I really like your artwork. My favorite is Megami, Angel of Doom. Is there any story behind her. Nice work with the glowing hands.
Love the profile pic too. Is that you spinning or just a pick you pulled from the net. (It is fire spinning, right?)
| 24 Jan 2008 | Alisha Kloc | Thanks! Meg was a D&D character of mine -- she’s got a rather complicated backstory that never got revealed in the game, but influenced most of my decisions for her as a character. It involves blue dragons, a psionic Matrix kept by evil wizards, and rebirth through a river of psionic energy. Hopefully I’ll be able to illustrate more of it in the future.
Yeah, that’s me spinning fire -- I think the five-beat corkscrew, actually. Sooo much fun!
| 28 Jan 2008 | Chained Demon | It really is interesting what you can get out of a good D&D group. Whenever I play I always create this deep character with a twised backstory. I wish I could draw some of them but I lack that talent. I have, however, written many stories based off sessions I have been in. Meg sounds like she has a really cool story. Do you post your stories anywhere?
Doing anything involving fire with the name corkscrew would probibly get me incinerated. You should put a few more pics of your spinning on here. When are we going to get to see some more of your art?
